1. This machine is a high-speed precision coating equipment: the whole machine is divided into 5 tension control segments (unwinding tension, traction tension, coating head tension, oven tension, rewinding tension) : control units are configured to control the tension in each tension area. Dynamically fine-tuned tension ensures to meet the high precision, high sensitivity tension control requirements;
2. Precision counter is adopted to monitor the process speed online.
3. All transmission units realize synchronous speed up and down and automatic speed control, and the tension and speed are controlled in linkage. When the speed up and down, the substrate runs stably and the slope of the speed up and down is adjustable;
4. System control: automatic synchronous control technology, fast control transmission rate, high precision control speed;
5. The whole machine adopts frequency conversion control, the control technology is mature and stable, easy maintenance. In addition to the ordinary frequency converter for the fan, the drive motor adopts high-performance frequency converter with high control precision. The winding adopts adjustable taper tension control function to achieve perfect winding requirements, and different tension curves can be set according to different processes to meet different process requirements.
6. Adopt Siemens series high performance, high speed PLC centralized control, man-machine interface operation, to achieve the integration of machine, electricity, gas design, with perfect safety protection function;
7. The outlet of oven is equipped with ultrasonic servo correction system to solve the left and right drift of substrate and eliminate the influence of material deviation on the coating quality and the appearance quality of semi-finished products;
8. Oven equipped with independent external heating circulation system, heating more uniform; Air cap type single side door, easy to wear film and clean;
9. Unwinding and rewinding:
Unwinding: Closed-loop tension control, synchronous detection, positioning feeding, automatic cutting, tension control, automatic shaft change and other functions, and by PLC to complete the data and logic calculation;
Rewinding: Equipped with vector frequency conversion motor drive, with multi-taper tension adjustment function, to ensure that the product is not squeezed, not loose, consistent tightness, end face neat, is one of the most effective control methods for winding large diameter materials;
10. Safety guarantee system: The whole machine has the priority function of exhaust system. If exhaust is not started, the whole machine and heating system cannot be started.
11. Fault self-diagnosis function: When the equipment motor or temperature control failure, the microcomputer will immediately execute the safety procedures and alarm; At the same time, the specific fault point is displayed on the touch screen to help the device administrator to rectify the fault in time.
12. System recovery function: To avoid data loss in special circumstances and the operator's misoperation to change the program Settings, we will lock and backup the program to ensure the rapid recovery of the system.
